The fourth release (2020 and 2021 held back). Three weeks on skins whole-cluster, over two years in barrel. Nate: “traditional, in the mold of great Burgundy from the '30s and '40s — overtly fruity flavors replaced by high-pitched spice and truffle, with more power and tannin than most Burgundy today but without veering as far as Barolo.”
