The third vintage, “easily the most textural and exotic release so far. In past vintages the Austrian cépage tempered the Alsatian grapes' hedonism, but in this cool vintage the warm fall brought out deep color and honeyed spices, with the wildly botanical, savory mineral qualities of the Hungarian cépage beneath.”
