Whole-cluster, 50 days on skins, two years in 300L barrels, unfined and unfiltered. Nate: “made like red Burgundy but from Bordeaux varieties — whole-cluster softness layered over massive tannin, rendered in 3D vs 2D. As it ages the tannins will melt and the green aromas shift toward mint and spice. More than any wine we've released, this demands aging.”
