A 1.5-acre Southwest-French field blend on basalt cobble at Scorched Earth, dominated by an heirloom “Margaux clone” Cabernet Sauvignon (reputedly from Château Margaux in the 1800s) with Cabernet Franc, Malbec, Merlot, Tannat, Fer, Abouriou, Negrette, Ste. Macaire and Ferrol. A rare whole-cluster Cabernet that spent 50 days on skins. Named for the heroine Aedín (Étaín) of Irish myth.
