Hand-picked the first week of November, macerated in upright wood vats 9 days, pressed into a large wooden upright to finish primary, then to barrel for another 6 months. Nate: “honey and alpine-meadow flowers, but also mango and a patisserie at dawn — tastes more like dry GG Riesling than Albariño, taken to baroque heights.”
