A Pinot Noir / Pinot Gris parcel at the very top of the hill behind the winery, below the forest and gazing on Mt. Hood. Always the first parcel Hiyu picks, showing intoxicating ripeness at very low sugars (the 2020 just shy of 12% alcohol yet smelling far riper).
