A field blend of mostly Cabernet Franc with Mencía, Brancellao, Manseng Noir and Abouriou, from a one-acre parcel on a rolling plateau in the northeast “Field of Stars” corner of the farm. The scallop-shell label and the pairing of Cabernet Franc (from the Abbey of Roncesvalles at the Camino's start) with Galician Mencía evoke the Camino de Santiago.
