A multi-vintage blend of cellar experiments from every site Hiyu farms, aged a minimum of three years in barrel; because so many parcels are field blends, this release contains over 50 varieties (the Pinot Noir link here is nominal — the blend spans dozens of grapes). A deliberate counterpoint to Hiyu's single-parcel approach.
