An Assyrtiko-based Mediterranean field blend planted between Sean Nós and Áine on a hot, windy plateau of deep black sand on the banks of the Columbia, “reminiscent of a Mediterranean isle.” Vinified Carso-style: a short skin maceration to migrate aromatics, then pre-industrial Burgundian handling; 2 days on skins whole-cluster, foot-pressed to two old barrels, 20 months before hand-bottling.

Nate: “extremely rich and concentrated but also stately and refined — if you didn't know what it was you might almost think it was Meursault Perrières, just slightly more exotic; that combination of weight, refinement, grandeur and amplitude.”
