A white field blend of Sauvignon Blanc, Chenin, Chardonnay, Pineau d'Aunis, Poulsard, Trousseau and Riesling. From a very steep 1970s basalt-cobble hillside in the east hills of Hood River that yields ~1 ton/acre of intensely flavored, fist-sized clusters and ferments extraordinarily slowly. Hand-picked, a week on skins, then a single 1100-liter cask.
