An early-bottled “Spring Ephemeral” sibling to Ériu, from younger vines on slightly more fertile soil, planted to all the traditional Châteauneuf-du-Pape varieties with an emphasis on Grenache. Picked, pressed and bottled earlier in its evolution to capture freshness and energy.
