A high-pitched, ethereal Grenache from a one-acre field on the eastern side of the Scorched Earth desert site, where higher cobble content over sand yields a more aerial rendition than the deep-sand Áine. Hand-harvested whole-cluster, aged on lees ~12 months in older barrels, unfined and unfiltered. Named for the mother goddess of Ireland, after the plot's Irish-descended owners.
