A solera-style white from the leased Moon Hill plot next to the farm, roughly 80% heirloom Wente Chardonnay with the rest Pinot Gris and Noir. Vintages 2015–2020 were vinified and aged separately, some with extended skin maceration, some direct-pressed, then assembled in spring 2021 into 500-liter puncheons to keep aging together as an ongoing solera. Hand-bottled, unfined, unfiltered, 5ppm SO2.
